THE SHFT LAB Co. (“THE SHFT LAB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our websites, forms, products, services, events, and online programs (collectively, the “Services”).

THE SHFT LAB may operate and offer Services under affiliated brand names and programs, including The C.U.R.E. Collective and The Brave Collective (collectively, the “Affiliated Brands”). This Privacy Policy applies to Services offered by THE SHFT LAB and its Affiliated Brands unless a specific product includes a separate written privacy notice.

A) Information You Provide 

Depending on how you interact with THE SHFT LAB, you may provide:

  • Payment and transaction info (billing address, purchase history, transaction details)

  •  Important: Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

  •  Forms and applications (intake forms, questionnaires, coaching applications)

  •  Scheduling details (availability, appointment info, calendar-related details when scheduling)

  •  Communications (emails, messages, support requests, survey responses)

B) Sensitive Personal Information 

Some of our programs may request more personal intake information (for example, information related to stress, trauma history, mental health experiences, or other sensitive topics). You choose whether to provide this information.

Important: THE SHFT LAB is not an emergency service provider. Do not submit urgent or emergency information through our forms. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

C) Information Collected Automatically 

When you browse our site(s) or use our Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, click activity)

  • Approximate location (based on IP address)

  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6)

We use your information to operate, improve, and protect THE SHFT LAB, including to:

We do not sell your personal information. 

We may share your information with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate THE SHFT LAB, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing and fraud prevention)

  • Kajabi & Square Space (email communications, digital product delivery, and marketing automations, if applicable)

  • Skool (community access and engagement features)

  • Google services (scheduling/calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and operational tools)

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) (advertising measurement and marketing audiences via tools such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or similar)

We may also share information:

  • For legal reasons if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud

  • During a business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale), where user information may be transferred as part of the transaction

5) Email Communications and SMS 

Email 

If you opt in (or if otherwise permitted by law), we may send you emails through Kajabi related to:

  • program access and updates

  • important changes

  • promotions, announcements, and offers 

You can opt out anytime using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmation, access instructions).

SMS/Text Messages 

We may offer SMS/text messaging in the future. If we do, you will only receive texts if you opt in, and you will be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6) Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies 

We may use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to:

  • keep the site functioning properly

  • remember preferences

  • understand traffic and usage patterns

  • measure marketing performance and conversions

8) Community Platforms (Skool) 

If you join our community hosted on Skool, your profile information, posts, comments, and interactions may be visible to other community members depending on community settings and your choices. Use discretion when sharing personal information in community spaces.

Skool may process your data according to their own policies in addition to this one. 

9) Scheduling (Google) 

If you schedule sessions using Google-based scheduling/calendar tools, we may collect and store appointment information (such as your name, email, session time, and any operational notes required to coordinate the session).

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11) Your Rights and Choices 

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent (where applicable).
