Important: Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

B) Sensitive Personal Information
Some of our programs may request more personal intake information (for example, information related to stress, trauma history, mental health experiences, or other sensitive topics). You choose whether to provide this information.
Important: THE SHFT LAB is not an emergency service provider. Do not submit urgent or emergency information through our forms. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

Google services (scheduling/calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and operational tools)
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) (advertising measurement and marketing audiences via tools such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or similar)

5) Email Communications and SMS
If you opt in (or if otherwise permitted by law), we may send you emails through Kajabi related to:

SMS/Text Messages

If you schedule sessions using Google-based scheduling/calendar tools, we may collect and store appointment information (such as your name, email, session time, and any operational notes required to coordinate the session).
